Mokare reserve Adventure playground is an amazing open play space located just off the freeway in Mandogalup. It’s home to a giant 12m tall slide tower, fenced baby/toddler area and a ninja obstacle course.
This is such a nice open nature inspired play space for kids to let loose in, while carers enjoy a coffee from across the road at new ground coffee. There is a nice gazebo area great for parties as we saw on our visit with bbqs, which I’m sure is very popular. I was really happy to see a drinking fountain as a lot of parks are missing these days.
Our little miss E loved that she could crawl up or climb up the baby/toddler playground and make her own way to the slide. It took her about 5 minutes because she kept stopping to see how far she had gone and squealing with absolute delight that she could do it all.
Both girls loved having a swing together in the gated area, and Miss E was happy as it was her favorite type of swing she feels the safest in.
Miss A loved exploring all the various spaces of nature play structures, she was not overly keen on the slide tower (she never is at first) but I also didn’t see a lot of children climbing up or coming down when we visited. She was very excited and happy to see the ninja (monkey bar) challenge course
We loved visiting this playground and will try and visit again when ever we a passing near the area, definitely jealous of everyone that lives nearby
